Overview
Reconstruction of SE Grace Avenue, between East Main Street and SE Rasmussen Boulevard, includes aligning the section of roadway with NE Grace Avenue at East Main Street and signalizing the new intersection.
The new road will have a through lane in each direction, a center turn lane, bike lanes, planter strips and sidewalks.

The engineering design for the project is approximately 60% complete. Federal environmental review has been completed. The project is currently in the Right-of-Way phase which is expected to be completed in 2027.
