Remy Wetland
This 80 acre site was purchased in 2000 from the Remy family for future recreation and open space purposes. Currently it is the site of a 60 acre wetland mitigation project managed by Habitat Bank NW.
A .33 mile paved trail runs along the wetland buffer and provides a scenic view of the wetland area and the distant mountain range. A variety of birds and wildlife calls this wetland area home. Most of the 20 acres of uplands remains undeveloped. Access is limited. Trail users are encouraged to access the trail from the east end of the property on the WalMart side.
