Vendor Selection
Vendor spaces are available to local crafters and artisans by invite. Space is limited. Failure to complete any required forms or payments will result in your space being released another vendor.
Participation of a vendor in the Craft Fair may be denied based upon availability or if the proposed product/goods are not in the scope of this event; however, no person shall be denied participation because of race, creed, color, sex, origin or any other protected class under applicable law.
Vendor Expectations
For Vendors to stay in good standing and be allowed early returnee registration next year, the following expectations must be followed:

Cancellations
Cancellations will be accepted until January 31 for a refund of your participation fee minus a $10 processing fee. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to parksandrec@cityofbg.org. Cancellations received after February 1 will result in the forfeiture of your participation fees.
Application
By submitting this form, I am signing up to be a vendor at the Busy Bee Craft Fair. I understand that I will be contacted by staff to confirm my application and will be provided with a deadline to make payment to secure my space.
If you are having trouble submitting your application, try a different browser or email parksandrec@cityofbg.org who can send you an application.
Items must be handmade or homegrown and cannot include weapons, alcohol, tobacco or drugs. The city reserves the right to disapprove a vendor application if products are not suitable for this family-friendly event.
2026 vendor spaces pricing: 10'x10' - $80; 8'x10' - $65; 5'x7' - $30; and 3.5'x10' - $30.
Please note: Requests are not guaranteed but will be kept in mind while assigning vendor spaces.

I attest that I am the designated person with the authority to sign this document on behalf of myself/organization/business. I am the point of contact for all discussions.
I have read the Vendor Application, reviewed the Vendor Details and agree to abide by all requirements and regulations. Failure to comply with the vendor expectations may result in the removal of the vendor from the event and/or future event opportunities.
I am aware of and expressly assume all of the various risks of serious injury and/or death associated with or arising out of participating as a vendor for the Busy Bee Craft Fair.
In consideration for granting this rental, and being fully aware of all the risks, I hereby release the City of Battle Ground and its officials, employees, volunteers, and agents (“the released parties”), and agree to waive any right of recovery that I and/or the organization, as applicable, may have, including the right to bring a legal claim, cause of action, or lawsuit for any bodily injury, death or other harmful consequences in any way arising out of use of the facilities.
I agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the released parties from and against any and all claims, suits, actions, or liabilities for injury or death of any person, or for loss or damage to property, which arises out of the use of the facilities or from any activity, work or thing done, permitted, or suffered by applicant in or about the facilities, except only such injury or damage as shall have been occasioned by the sole negligence of the released parties.
I consent to the use of my and/or our group/organization name, likeness and voice and/or have photo’s or video tapes taken during the special event of adults and/or minors participating in event related activities without monetary compensation, in connection with education, marketing or publicity efforts of the City of Battle Ground. I expressly release the City of Battle Ground and its agents and other news medium from any and all claims for damages for libel, slander, invasion of the right of privacy or any other claim arising out of the broadcast, promotion or presentations of the City of Battle Ground.
I have read and understand the rules of this event. By submitting my application to participate in this event, I agree to follow the rules as stated.
