Adopt-a-Park and Adopt-a-Street Programs

Thank you for your interest in adopting a street or park!  Whether you're an individual, family, volunteer group, community group, church, or business - everyone is welcome to participate.  It's a great way to promote community pride and goodwill within your organization, or among family and friends.

Begin the Adoption Process

To begin the process of adopting a park or street, please complete the Adopt-a-Street/Park Application form. Once submitted, staff will contact you with further details and you'll be well on your way to caring for your adopted park or street.  

Adopt-a-Park

Adopt-a-Park adopters perform a variety of tasks to improve and maintain the aesthetic value of Adopt-a-Park (Cub Scout Pack 443)their designated park. They. . .

  • Adopt a park, or designated area of a park, for a period of one year, renewable annually
  • Pledge to perform care and maintenance tasks a minimum of one time per month

To recognize their efforts, an Adopt-a-Park placard, including the group's name, is placed at the park.

Adopt-a-Street

Adopt-a-Street adopters remove litter and perform other beautification projects to improve the aesthetic and environmental qualities their designated street.  They. . .Adopt-a Street (Battle Ground Rotary)

  • Adopt a designated section of street for a period of one year, renewable annually
  • Remove litter along their adopted section of street
  • Pledge to complete quarterly cleanups  

To recognize their efforts, an Adopt-a-Street placard, including the group's name, is posted on their adopted street.
