The Human Resources Department is responsible for hiring, developing, and retaining a competent, committed, and diverse workforce to deliver quality, reliable, customer-oriented services.

City employees are the primary vehicles of service to our citizens. A centralized Human Resources Department and recruitment process provides greater assurance of consistency in values, ethics, and professionalism of employees.
