Where are garage sale signs prohibited?

Any sign placed in the right-of-way is prohibited. This includes streets, street medians, sidewalks, landscaping strips, the extra space behind sidewalks for underground utilities or utility poles (BGMC 17.139-1.).

Signs attached to utility poles, public traffic signs, trees, benches, fences, rocks, or other natural features, are also prohibited (BGMC 17.139.075).
