Conserve Water with Odd/Even Watering Schedule

WATER Conservation

With the recent hot weather, water demand in Battle Ground is way up and conservation efforts are needed to sustain water reserve levels.

A simple and effective way to conserve is the odd/even watering schedule.  If you have an address that ends in an odd number, irrigate on Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday only.  If your address ends in an even number, water on Saturday, Monday and Wednesday only.   Friday is a non-watering day for everyone.

Odd/Even watering helps distribute water demand, reducing high-demand spikes in the system.

You can maintain your lawn and garden and conserve water.  It’s simply a matter of efficient use.  Find more smart water use tips here.
