Account Manager / Online Bill Pay

Use the Account Manager to access your utility account online.   You may log on at any time to view your bill, make a payment (see payment options), and update your account information.   

First time users must register:

  1. Go to the Account Manager page (
  2. Select Register (located top, right) to access the Member Registration page
  3. Enter your information and select Create Member
  4. A verification email will be sent to you.  Select the hyperlink within the email to complete the activation of your account.

Once your registration is complete, you will enter your specific utility account information 

  1. Login at Account Manager page (
  2. Select the Utility Billing link
  3. Enter your utility account number as it is noted on a utility bill dated after 7-31-18 (account numbers changed as of August 1)
  4. Enter you last payment amount, found on your latest statement.   New customers who have never made a payment will enter 0.00)
