Battle Ground Community Day of Service
Team up to make your community better.
Battle Ground is joining Clark County Connects' annual Day of Service on Saturday, September 9; this is the 2nd year the Battle Ground volunteers have participated in the annual county-wide effort.

The Battle Ground work party, organized by the city’s Parks & Recreation Department, is scheduled for 9 am to 12 noon. Volunteers will be caring for public places by cleaning up litter, raking/weeding flower beds, and spreading bark chips at two locations - Kiwanis Park at 422 SW 2nd Ave and City Hall at 109 SW 1st St.

Individuals, families and groups are welcome and encouraged to participate. A responsible adult must accompany minors and take care to manage younger children appropriately in a work environment. We ask that scout groups, organizations or other groups of six or more register in advance by calling Battle Ground Parks & Recreation at 360-342-5380 or by emailing . We will gladly register individuals and families onsite.
