The City of Battle Ground has a service agreement with Clark County Fire District No. 11 to provide fire control services to the City.

• Promote a safe and secure community by providing quality fire safety and EMS services in as efficient manner as possible.

• Completed a Strategic Planning process.
• Received a $124,000 Fire Act Grant through Homeland Security to develop a Wellness Program. Program includes new workout equipment at all three fire stations.
• Placed a new mobile breathing air trailer in service at the Battle Ground fire station.
• Secured Fire Act grant funding for Phase II of the Self Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) replacement program.
• Installed Mobile Data Terminals in all front-line engines.
• Partnered with the Vancouver Fire Department (VFD) for EMS administrative oversight.
